Abstract

本发明涉及一种有机电致发光器件及制备方法,该器件包括依次层叠设置的导电基板、发光层、阴极、第一保护层、阻挡层及第二保护层,其中,第一保护层的材料为CuPc、NPB、Alq3、SiO、MgF2或ZnS,阻挡层包括层叠设置的SiOC层及SiCN层,第二保护层的材料为SiO。通过在阴极上设置有第一保护层、阻挡层及第二保护层,阻挡层包括SiOC层及SiCN层;第一保护层可以将阴极与阻挡层隔开,防止阴极受到后续加工工艺的破坏;阻挡层中SiOC层及SiCN层具有较好的防氧防水功能,外层的第二保护层可以在SiCN层上形成致密的保护膜,防止SiCN层直接遭受水氧腐蚀,从而阻挡层的阻挡效果进一步增加,阻挡寿命延长。
The invention relates to an organic electroluminescent device and a preparation method thereof. The device comprises a conductive substrate, a luminescent layer, a cathode, a first protective layer, a barrier layer and a second protective layer which are sequentially laminated, wherein the first protective layer is made of CuPc, NPB, Alq3, SiO, MgF2 or ZnS, the barrier layer comprises a SiOC layer and a SiCN layer which are arranged in a laminated mode, and the second protective layer is made of SiO. According to the invention, the first protective layer, the barrier layer and the second protective layer are arranged on the cathode, and the barrier layer comprises the SiOC layer and the SiCN layer; the first protective layer can separate the cathode from the barrier layer, thereby preventing the cathode from being damaged by subsequent processing; the SiOC layer and the SiCN layer in the barrier layer have a good anti-oxygen and water-proof function, the external protective layer can form a compact protective film on the SiCN layer so as to prevent the SiCN layer from being directly corroded by water oxygen, thereby further enhancing a blocking effect of the barrier layer, and prolonging the blocking service life.
