Novel cutting fluid with high permeability

Abstract

The invention discloses a novel cutting fluid with high permeability. The cutting fluid is prepared from following raw materials by weight: 10-15 parts of methyl 4-hydroxybenzoate, 5-10 parts of a molybdenum dialkyldithiophosphate, 20-30 parts of Turkey red oil, 5-8 parts of an aluminum-alloy corrosion inhibitor, 3-8 parts of 4-tert-butylbenzoic acid and 3-9 parts of a borate ester. Compared with lubricants at present, the cutting fluid has thixotropy, and therefore the cutting fluid turns from a paste state into a liquid state when being transported to a processing part through a pneumatic pump and being stirred, transportation and using of the cutting fluid are easy, and the using amount can be saved. The cutting fluid has excellent permeability and is easy to clean. The cutting fluid has good lubricating performance, heat transferring and cooling performances, stability, rheological property and resistance to extreme pressure. The cutting fluid is capable of furthest reducing the tapping and cutting temperature and cutting force, increasing the tapping efficiency and precision, reducing the roughness of a workpiece, improving the surface quality and prolonging the service lifetime of a tapping screw.
本发明公开了一种新型高渗透性切削液,由以下重量份数的原料制成:对羟基苯甲酸甲酯10-15份、二烷基二硫代磷酸氧钼5-10份、土耳其红油20-30份、铝合金缓蚀剂5-8份、对特丁基苯甲酸3-8份和硼酸脂3-9份。本发明与现有的润滑剂相比,具有触变性,在经气动泵输送至加工件和进行搅拌时可由膏状转化为液态,易于输送和使用,并节省用量;极佳的渗透性能,易于清洗;具有更好的润滑性能、传热冷却性能、稳定性、流变性能和抗极压性能,最大限度地降低攻丝切削温度及切削力,提高攻丝效率和精度,降低工件粗糙度,改进了表面质量,并能延长攻丝锥使用寿命。
