Abstract

The invention discloses anti-static shell fabric cloth. The shell fabric cloth is made by adopting a warp-weft weaving process; warps in the shell fabric cloth are blend fiber rods of polyester fiber rods and conducting fiber rods, and wefts are blend fiber rods of natural cotton rods and conducting fiber rods; the conducting fiber rods are compound fiber rods, and mainly contain carbon black particles and PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride) fine particles. The anti-static shell fabric cloth disclosed by the invention has the advantages of reasonable blending of components, simple and convenient preparation process, high strength, high elasticity, high abrasion resistance and superior anti-static effect; conducting clothes made of the shell fabric cloth are soft in texture, and have high washing resistance, high static resistance and a durable effect.
本发明公开了一种抗静电面料布,该面料布采用经纬机织工艺进行制备,所述的面料布中的经丝为涤纶纤维条和导电纤维条的混纺纤维条,纬丝为天然棉条和导电纤维条的混纺纤维条,所述的导电纤维条为复合纤维条,其主要成分为炭黑微粒和PVC微粒。本发明揭示了一种抗静电面料布,该面料布成分配制合理,制备工艺简便,面料布具有良好的强度、弹性及耐磨性,尤其具有优异的抗静电功效;采用该种面料布制得的导电服装质地柔和,耐洗度高,抗静电能力强,且功效持久。
